Aside from what we have truly seen in the bigger picture, our industrialized world is still in progress in creating a new genesis. A new beginning where advancement has never-ending upgrades to keep the bar superior at its peak. Yes, technology innovators keep on reinventing the industry for a more sophisticated working milieu -- gripping at par with the futuristic ideas of vanguards.

What must be done to keep mutual symmetry between employers and employees?

In relation to that, in a critical sense, business tycoons from this generation promotes a domain where everyone (Millennials) is gripping for a premium job position. But the truth is that the decision became more complex and self-inflicting to the business owners. Most likely, considering technological furtherance being adapted by the people, millennials demand for a company to sustain their long-listed desires written in golden bold. Hence, making the company experience strong surge of quick quits (i.e. job hoppers) if they can’t foster the ideals. Forcing business owners to create a scheme on how they will sustain healthy business operations.

As technology inflates, demand also escalates simultaneously. Corporate executives have to build a whole new sector dedicated to attracting and retaining top talents under their umbrella. On the previous note, since technology had opened opportunities for job-seekers for a more flexible working zone, anyone can flee-away easily and jump into another company. These aggressive professionals will continue to leap from place to another until they obtain their desires -- security and growth. In addition, emotional support and comfort perks are considered a huge factor for employee retention.

What must be done to keep mutual symmetry between employers and employees?

The way people work has changed. Defining the value of work philosophy and paycheck is also different today. Solutions may vary on cultural aspect or upbringing, but the solution is highly accepted as graceful access to development. This progress profoundly relies on technology facet and company culture.

Certainly, these enthusiastic employees yearn to be treated as an individual talent who has sole interests. They may seem hard-tailored, but they do exhibit their skills deliberately for the company. However, some company maneuver employers like a single team with uniform interests, disregarding the individuality of these professionals. With this, some employees tend to misinterpret this and quickly give up and seek for another job. In this essence, employees want to be handled as a workforce with diversified colors. Enkindling hearts who showcase individuality to stand out as a singular talent who competes with the rest. From what has been said, it is much imperative for smart leaders to cater its people with distinct needs.

Principally, a workforce with enormous structure and smiling faces in the hallways are not the fundamental needs on novices. These professionals aspire for bigger ideals; not for them solely, but for their dreams. Not trying to be contradictory on my previous premises, but the truth remains that workplace culture comes as a paramount factor for growth. These ambitious hearts are aching for commitment. A career growth discussion that would put their anxious heart on the beat of composure.

Remember, people may sign up to you today, but there is no assurance if how long they will stay. Probably they are nesting with you today, but you’ll be surprised if they’ll vanish away tomorrow -- or too soon. That’s why planning critical things should walk its talk. Business owners can keep the guards high if career commitment is discussed on the table.

“Bringing amazing people on board comes at great prices. If you aim to cut the costs of investment in hiring, be a little compassionate and put your feet in their shoes. The luxury of your brand will not sum up the needs and wants of your people. Sometimes, the selling point is beyond what sparkles luminously.”

Company growth is a common goal that inspires every business owner to prosper to the greatest heights. With the vision to keep the company’s success and pursue future directions -- are your people part of this promising vision? These ambitious employees also dream with you. Aside from all the day-by-day coaction and perks they get, they actually need an assurance if what the future beholds to them with you. In a nutshell, they need a home that will treat them as one -- composed of consistency, stability, development, and future.

Remember, your people’s success is your success undoubtedly. But their downfall is also your downfall. Wear your heart while governing your people, surely, they will play with the waves with you with clarity and longevity. With this, common vision will in sync perfectly like twins.

Perks and wanton luxury may seem like millennials cup of tea. But if you peel them off slowly, you’ll realize their deep-seated yearnings -- aching for attention. The bottom line here is, despite the generation’s indecisive demands, clear leadership with absolute support and culture will eventually mold your people’s values and practices. In the long run, these ambitious employees will soon materialize their desires while growing intactly with you.
