Remote full-time workers enjoy the same benefits as in-house staff, but it's also significantly less costly than having an individual in the workplace.

4. Seek referrals
Referrals are one of the top three outlets for seeking new employees today. A reference is in fact a recommendation from an employee from someone you meet and it can come from someone on your network.
References also improve your chances of communication with prospects; it is much more likely that someone who knows you could contact them opens your emails or text messages.
Mention who referred them in your initial communication and briefly explain your company's vision, purpose, and goals. If your ideas strike a chord with them, you might have found the ideal first recruit!
