Social media marketing is a wonderful tool and there is no reason why every company should not be benefiting. However, those who take the time to meet with app builders to discuss the subject often find themselves subjected to various myths. Social media expertise may seem easy to come by for some but for those who do not take the time to remain on the cutting edge?
It is important for you as a marketer to make sure that your message reaches the right audience at the right time with a relevant message, which will make them convert. However, most marketers research about the time but, they fail to personalize the message or draft it towards the right audience. Consumers form opinions around a brand based on the interactions they have with them. These interactions are no longer limited to an in-person experience at a store or on your website. Social media now plays a significant role in building customer relationships and the public perception that those have towards your brand. It should no longer be seen as just another tool to display advertisements, it’s a source for your business to connect with your customers.
